What do I need to bring to class?Bring a yoga mat, water and whatever you need to be comfortable. Yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters & straps will be provided. Dress comfortably. Be sure to quiet your cell phone upon arrival. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your space.

What is your cancellation policy?I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and I truly value your time as much as my own. To ensure a fluid experience, below are a few guidelines for you to follow: Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well. If you are running a few minutes late, text Amy at 609-334-9083 to allow for a smooth transition when you do arrive. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the payment. If cancelling a class or workshop the day before an event you can give your session to someone else. If you cannot find a replacement you agree to forfeit 50% of the fee along with 3% for credit card transaction. If you cancel prior to 24 hours of an event you can gift your class/workshop or receive a credit to be used within 10 days of your cancellation.

Do I register online?Registering online is a great time saver. If you do not pay online to reserve a space, be sure to text Amy at 609-334-9083 to check availability and arrive extra early to pay at the door.

Where can I find the Myoga Waiver?All students are required to fill out the Myoga Waiver prior to attending a class. You can access it HERE.
