Some of you have enjoyed Svaroopa® Yoga classes with me in the past. Some of you may have never heard of Svaroopa® Yoga. It is truly a unique approach to yoga and more. I have been studying and practicing Svaroopa® Yoga for at least six years with the master teachers at the Downingtown Yoga & Meditation Center. This unique approach to yoga opens the heart and mind to living a more peaceful, happy and blissful life. It helps alleviate body aches and releases spinal tension and pain. Many meditating yogis find they are more comfortable in their meditations from practicing Svaroopa® Yoga.
This month the Center is sharing their love of yoga by offering
1 FREE online or on-site Svaroopa® Yoga class.

When you decide which class you want to take, contact me via email with the date & time you are interested in. I will send your email to the teacher and also send her email to you. If attending via zoom, you will receive a link the day before class and I will meet you online. Download the FREE Basic Zoom if you plan to attend online. If you are attending in person, I will not be able to join you. I am in Florida thru April 2023.

Bend and Blend is a 75 minute class that consist of a combination of Yin Yoga,
Pranayama (mindful breathing), a gentle yoga flow, guided meditation
followed by deep relaxation. Everyone welcome.

Restorative Yoga is a simple yet powerful practice that is beneficial for everyone. During this blissful experience, students will enjoy the healing effects of gentle yoga poses. These supported poses are designed for relaxation, strengthening of the immune system, releasing physical tension and quieting the mind. With the use of props, you will create a comfortable space for nourishing the body and the mind, cultivating a state of inner peace. Slowing things down allows for reflection and transformation. Restorative Yoga is for everyone! It is a form of yoga that helps to heal the body and allows the mind to relax, regain inner balance and so be "restored". During this blissful class students will enjoy nurturing, supportive postures based on yoga that can help heal the effects of chronic stress, strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous system, relax muscles, quiet the mind, and support the healing processes and slow you down to allow time for reflection and integration on body/mind levels. It is a simple yet
