- Masks are required at all times while in the studio area.
- Preregistration with payment is required for classes & workshops since space is limited.

- If you need to miss a class you are welcome to gift it to someone. Options for makeup classes are limited.
- If you need to cancel your reservation for a series, refund is available as long as you have cancelled 48 hours prior to the first class. After series has started there is no refund.

Bend and Blend is a 75 minute class that consist of a combination of Yin Yoga,
Pranayama (mindful breathing), a gentle yoga flow, deep relaxation followed by

blissful class students will enjoy nurturing, supportive postures based on yoga that can
help heal the effects of chronic stress, strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous
system, relax muscles, quiet the mind, and support the healing processes and slow you
down to allow time for reflection and integration on body/mind levels. It is a simple yet
powerful practice, one that everyone can benefit from. No yoga experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga is a simple yet powerful practice that is beneficial for people at any level of yoga. During this blissful experience, students will enjoy the healing effects of gentle postures. These supported poses are designed for relaxation, strengthening of the immune system, releasing physical tension and quieting the mind. With the use of props, you will create a comfortable space for nourishing the body and the mind, cultivating a state of inner peace. Slowing things down allows for reflection and transformation. Everyone welcome.

Open your mind to a unique
healing approach to yoga poses.
Svaroopa® Yoga is a technique for opening your body (roopa) to find your Self (sva). It has a radically different approach than most modern styles of yoga and can give you a new way to think about asana practice. The practice creates a core opening by releasing the tensions in the deepest layers of your body. Dissolving these tensions allows you to live with ease, both in your body and in your deeper Self.” This class will explore Svaroopa® Yoga foundational poses that release the muscles connected to your tailbone—the pivot point of your body. With enough release in your tailbone, your whole body will realign from the inside outward.

It provides a balance of stretching and strengthening for the body/mindind -This class is an Integration of the essential yogic disciplines of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation). When performed together these practices unlock the full power of yoga's sacred teachings. This inquiry-based practice is designed to re-establish the original context of postures as a doorway into the deeper dimensions of yoga. This powerful healing practice is open to all practitioners who share a sincere desire to practice yoga as a means of Self exploration and intended as an internal experience of connecting with spirit.
